A4: We could offer free sample service (conventional products), but the express fee on your own. If you need customized samples, you will need to pay for it, and it will take some time.

Q7: How about the lead time? Where is the loading port?
A7: Within 30 days generally, after 30% T/T deposit received and all packing details confirmed.
Exact lead time upon the quantity of your order and the packaging you required. Loading port: Ningbo or Shanghai, others place in China according your requirement.
Q8: How about your payment term?
A8: By T/T generally. 30% down payment, balance before shipping. L/C is available according to the cooperation type.
